Welcome to Stafford - home to three nationally-known, championship golf courses.  Located just minutes from Interstate 95, our courses are open for play year round.  Stafford is the perfect location for twilight rounds, golf vacations and business outings.  State and national award-winning courses, accompanied by practice facilities, driving ranges, pro shops and club houses, offer a unique layout and design for golfers of all skill levels.  The natural rolling terrain, coupled with the proximity to our lakes and rivers in this tidewater area, offer interaction with beautiful landscape, historical sites and natural wildlife.  Year-round golfing is quite enjoyable with seasonal temperatures reaching average highs of 76° Fahrenheit in spring, 86° F in summer, 74° F in fall and 56° F in winter.

Augustine Golf Club

Completely restored during the summer of 2011, this 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course is ranked among the top 100 courses in the U.S. Water is in play on 8 holes throughout this pristine course.  Multiple tees provide challenges to all levels of golfers.  Augustine Golf Club specializes in Corporate Golf Outings.  Unlimited menu options, full-service clubhouse and bar, pro shop, big-screen TV, fireplace and more await you at Augustine.

Cannon Ridge Golf Club at Celebrate Virginia

Voted best new affordable course on the east coast, Cannon Ridge is the first of three courses to be completed at this Celebrate Virginia North campus.  This 18-hole, par 71 course has 5 sets of tees for enjoyment by golfers of all skill levels.   Former PGA Player Deane Beman and renowned golf course designer Bobby Weed have created a world-class golf facility amid cannon emplacements and the deep ravines where soldiers once took cover.  Customized Play & Stay packages are available.  The brand new Clubhouse opened in 2007!

Gauntlet Golf Club at Curtis Park
Enjoy meandering wetlands and generous, three-tiered greens along with an outstanding practice facility for putting and driving at The Gauntlet.  This course was designed around the beautiful 57-acre Lake Curtis.  A full service clubhouse is available for special events and tournaments, with one of the most picturesque settings in Stafford.  The clubhouse overlooks the Gauntlet Golf Course, located in Curtis Memorial Park.  This is an ideal location for a golf outing, banquet, or wedding as well.
